These are our "fair use" policies for ALL Daily-Desktops Members

Please note your account may be suspended if you:

• Share your user/password with others
• Use any kind of web-extracting program
• Exceed our daily allowed 300MB bandwidth limit
  

A. AGE AND LEGAL ACCESS CERTIFICATION.
By subscribing to DAILY-DESKTOPS, you certify that you are 18 years of age or older; that you are familiar with all local laws in your area affecting your legal right to access erotica or adult-oriented materials; that you have the legal right to access adult-oriented materials and DAILY-DESKTOPS has the legal right to transmit them to you; that you are requesting adult-oriented materials for your own private enjoyment and that you will never share these materials with a minor or in ANY WAY make these materials available to a minor.

B. CUSTODIAN OF RECORDS.
All persons who appear in any visual depiction contained in DAILY-DESKTOPS were eighteen years of age or older at the time of the creation of such depictions. "DAILY-DESKTOPS", "DDGirls" and "J. Stephen Hicks are service marks and trademarks of J. Stephen Hicks Photography, Inc. and may be used publicly only with express written permission. Other trademarks and service marks featured on DAILY-DESKTOPS are displayed pursuant to licenses obtained from the owners and/or holders of those trademarks and service marks, and may not be used publicly without the express written consent of the owners and/or holders of such trademarks and service marks.

D. COPYRIGHTS.
Except for public domain material and electronic messages, all materials on DAILY-DESKTOPS are protected by Federal copyright and are protected under treaty provisions and worldwide copyright laws. Materials contained in any part of DAILY-DESKTOPS may not be reproduced, copied, edited, published, transmitted or uploaded in any way without the written permission of DAILY-DESKTOPS. Except as expressly stated in the Limited License provision in these Terms of Use, DAILY-DESKTOPS does not grant any express or implied right to you under any of his trademarks, service marks, copyrights or other proprietary information.

E. LIMITED LICENSE.
DAILY-DESKTOPS provides the materials on this site for the personal, non-commercial use by viewers, fans, visitors, subscribers and/or potential subscribers of DAILY-DESKTOPS. F. ACCEPTABLE USE.
A portion of this site is maintained for "chat" entertainment purposes only. Although DAILY-DESKTOPS is unable to control third party content on this site, it is DAILY-DESKTOPS' policy to prohibit visitors from posting infringing, defamatory, libelous or otherwise unlawful material, or any material deemed obscene, lewd, excessively violent, harassing or otherwise objectionable. What kind of information do you collect?
